The matter of this card is the willingness to sacrifice, which brings difficulties; perhaps renunciation of intellectual superiority or hatred. It may involve vigor, foresight, a spiritual decision to behave calmly and a hidden power. Reversed, it may mean useless sacrifice, selfishness and irresponsibility.

The hanged, means strength, wisdom. Self-imposed limitations. Initiation test. Redemption through sacrifice, loss. Prophetic power. Suspended decisions. Election requires contemplation.

The World:

This last card, with meanings of termination and reward, is considered by some the best. It indicates celebration, triumphant conclusion, material and spiritual success, happiness, lessons learned and travels. Reversed, it has to do with the lack of personal development and vision.

The World represents absolute perfection, both spiritual side and the human side. It is a total domination of all feelings, of everything under the sun. Balance, stability, harmony, perfection, optimism, security, certainty, success, glory, fortune, profit, reward, bonuses, skill, creativity, wisdom, virtue, joy.
